by Student on March 8, 2009

WSU Pullman’s Men’s Crew will be practicing in the Tri Cities on the Columbia River near the WSU Tri Cities campus March 16-18. During practice the eight- and four-man boats will let in along the shoreline near the pump below WSU Tri Cities, at the end of Sprout Rd in Richland. There will be an exhibition race staged by the 40 students and six coaches at 4:45 pm on March 17. Beginning at 5:00 pm there will be a meet-and-greet for anyone who would like to come meet the team crew. The crew team may end up working out by running up badger in Richland if the conditions on the river are too windy for rowing.

• Varsity rowing practice, 5:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.
• Novice rowing practice, 8:15 a.m. 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.
• Exhibition race along the shores of WSU Tri-Cities, 4:45 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, immediately followed by a meet-and-greet with alumni, students, and the community.
• Varsity rowing practice, 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 18.
